About our Father’s business, fulfilling God’s Word through Worship, Discipleship, and Missions.
What We Believe
As a Body of Believers organized (by the grace of God) as a local assembly we hold to the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 as well as the updates that have been added. We thus believe that the Holy Bible is God’s inerrant, infallible, inspired, all-sufficient word and that God Almighty (the author of the Holy Scriptures) is God in three persons: father, son, & Holy Spirit.
We believe that man is separated from God by sin and that Jesus Christ (the son of God & son of man), being fully God & fully man was crucified dead, buried, & resurrected for the salvation of lost mankind.
We believe that our task as God’s church on earth is to promote His gospel and to live to represent Him until he comes to take us to live with Him forever. Herein are the saints, the structure, and the service of the church existing as Riverside Baptist Church.
